Throughout his career, David has been primarily involved in federal criminal litigation in addition to state litigation. David has also represented clients in complex civil cases and civil rights issues. David has maintained an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell for over 39 years, which is the highest rating granted by Martindale Hubbell.
